signed the 'No Order 71, August 14, 2009, to regulate the consumption of alcoholic beverages in public places. The order covers
- all the green areas of the city and some public areas (streets and squares)
- runs from 00.00 to 24.00
- prohibits anyone from drinking alcohol of any strength in public area, excluding the local stallage
- prohibits, of course, to leave the containers on the ground.
The violation involves an administrative penalty from a minimum of € 25.00 to a maximum of € 500.00., namely
- € 100.00, the first offense
- € 250.00, in the case of second violation
- 450.00, from the third violation
